10-Day Juice Fast Plan For Quick Weight Loss

People are always looking for a quick way to lose weight and keep it off. Well, juice fasting is exactly what you are looking for. Jersey Bola Juventus I have put together a 10-day juice fast plan for quick weight loss that I followed to lose over 9 pounds.
What Is Juice Fasting?

Also during this time you will include water to help your system stay healthy and to flush out all of the toxins. You leave out all processed foods to let your body detoxify and become healthy again from all of the unnatural foods you have put in it.
How Do I Lose Weight On A Juice Fast?
You lose weight because this is a very low calorie diet or VLCD. Each 20 oz drink that you have for your meals are only around 200 calories. The recommended average caloric intake per day is between 1,500 and 2,000, depending on your body type. If you are thinking, oh no I will only be taking in around 600 calories a day I will surely starve. That is not the case. Just think of it as the cheeseburger I had last month was turned into fat and is still in my body, so technically I will be burning that off. Plus the vegetables and fruits you are ingesting are extremely healthy for you and work well on your body to fill the nutrients void you think you will be getting.
How Will I Feel During The Juice Fast?
I am going to be brutally honest here. The first three to four days you will feel pretty bad and even somewhat depressed. Your body will be trying to adjust to your new intake of 100% natural foods and you will be using the bathroom a lot. Also you will be getting some headaches that can last up to two days. You will have some cravings for food, but as long as you keep your mind off of it you should be fine. This process is just all of the toxins in your body being released into your blood stream from the excess fat that your body is burning off.
I know this sounds horrible and you are starting to question if you really want to do this or not, but when you get to day five and beyond it is a total spiritual transformation. Not only have you been losing weight this whole time, but you will be sleeping better through the night, not craving sweets, have additional energy, not have that sluggish feeling in the afternoon and you will be in an overall better mood.
Supplies You Need For The 10-Day Juice Fast Plan:
You only need a few things to be prepared enough when juice fasting. Here is a list of what you need.
Juicer - The most important thing is your juicer. I cannot stress this enough. Some juicers work differently then others and oxidize the nutrients from the fruits and veggies that you get. I recommend the Breville Compact Juice Fountain. This is the juicer that I used during my fast and it held up to some of the harder substances like carrots. Plus it is really easy to clean and use.
Storage Jars - Storing juice can be a little tricky. You should try to drink the juice as fresh as possible for the best results. When I would juice at night I would also juice my breakfast and lunch since I couldn't do it at work. To store the juice properly use mason jars. After you pour the juice into the jars, seal them and put them in the refrigerator. The coldness helps push out the air in the jar sealing it until you are ready to open it. The juice should not be stored for more than 24-hours, as it will start to go bad. You will be able to taste this too if you try drinking it. Just wash it down the drain and make some fresh juice.
Fruits & Vegetables - This part can get a little expensive, so it is best to look at all the shopping flyers you get to see who has the cheapest food. The best is to buy organic food since they don't use harmful pesticides. Like I said, this could get expensive, so if you can't afford organic then regular fruits and veggies are fine. You will just need to peel all of them so that it won't harm your body as much or thoroughly wash them. I would suggest planning two shopping trips during the 10-day juice fast. That way the food will stay fresh and crisp.
Beginning The 10-Day Juice Fast Plan For Quick Weight Loss
Well you have all of your supplies so let's get started on this life-changing journey. Before you start take a before picture if you want. Also everyday weigh yourself so that you can track your transformation.
Juice Fast Plan Day 1 through 5
For the next 5 days breakfast, lunch and dinner will all be the same recipe.
Mean Green Juice Recipe (makes 20 oz) Do this 3 times a day.
6 leaves of Kale
4 Celery Stalks
1 Inch of Ginger
 Lemon
2 Green Apples
1 Cucumber
Between all meals drink two 12 oz glasses of water.
Juice Fast Plan Day 6 through 10
Once again weigh yourself and record it everyday. You can now try some different juicing recipes if you want. Here is a list of other juice fasting recipes I have used. I also suggest the Altered Mean Green recipe below for the last 5 days. Beets and carrots are extremely good for you, but some people don't like the flavor as much, so find what works for you, just try to keep most of the ingredients around 75% vegtables.
Altered Mean Green Juice Recipe (makes 24 oz)
6 leaves of Kale
2 Celery Stalks
1 Inch of Ginger
 Lemon
2 Green Apples
1 Cucumber
2 Small Red Beets
2 Carrots
Between all meals drink two 12 oz glasses of water.

Coming Off A Juice Fast
Now the next part is just as important as the juice fast itself. Coming off of a juice fast can be a little tricky and you need to eat fruits and veggies for the first 3 days, then you can incorporate salads for day 4 and 5. Day 6 you can start eating more normal food like chicken and so forth. This is important, because your stomach lining has to recoup from just dissolving juice through it for the past 10-days.
Should You Continue Your Juice Fast?
If you plan on continuing your juice fast even longer it is recommended to consult a doctor. Once I had finished my 10-day juice fast, I kept juicing for breakfast and lunch, but then would eat a sensible dinner. I would still cheat once a week and have a slice of pizza, but to keep the weight off you must change your eating habits.
